ASQ Re-Certification

When re-certification/maintenance is required for your particular ASQ designation (CQT not required), follow the steps below :

1. ASQ Headquarters will forward the package to you prior to the expiration of your designation (once every three years).
2. Complete the package in a timely manner.
3. Compile copies of all the relevant documents, certifications, course accreditation’s and any other appropriate documents you are using to verify your CU’s.
4. Complete the application and denote method of payment (enclose cheque, if applicable).
5. Contact and forward the complete package to either Kris Krishnamoorthy or Joe Drozdz. This can be done easily at any Section meeting as well.
6. Upon review and submission, the package will be available to you for your records. Again, it can be brought to the next meeting for pick up or if proper postage is included in the submission it will be mailed to you.
7. Accreditation from ASQ may take about 1 month after submission by the Re-certification Executive.
