Grace
provides services in organizational and process improvement, leadership,
quality, and customer service. She is co-author of The Quality Improvement
Handbook and The Executive Guide to Improvement and Change. Grace
holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's in Archaeology
and Anthropology from Brigham Young University.
She is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence,
Certified Quality Improvement Associate, and Certified Quality Auditor.
Grace is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Manager of
Process Improvement. |

Changes
on the Hamilton Section Executive for 2007-2008 At
the March 22, 2007 membership meeting, Jane Devries was nominated for the
position of Secretary for the 2007-2008 year. In the absence of other
nominations, Jane was elected by acclamation to this position. Jane will
also continue her Professional Development responsibilities. Bob
Mok will continue his website administration responsibilities in the newly
created position of Webmaster.
Bob will also continue to distribute the hard copy version of the
section newsletter. Larry
Langs, in addition to Certification activities, will also take on Education
responsibility, in particular liaison with Mohawk College. The executive welcomes Stan Sobota, who will take the position of Audit and Nominating Chair.
