The speaker will talk about getting people from the manufacturing
floor actively involved in treating failures, while promoting the
application of ‘root
cause analysis’ methodology at all levels.
We will also discuss the differences between treating a single
abnormality versus a chronic failure. |

Roxane
Beyette has been involved in the field of quality and business management
systems for over ten years.
Her diverse manufacturing experience includes industries such as
printing inks, plastic tanks and industrial equipment, city transit buses
and steel production.
Roxane
joined Gerdau Ameristeel in Cambridge, Ontario just over four years ago.
In her current capacity as Quality Assurance Coordinator, Roxane is
responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s Business
Management System to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
